The NDZ is a public cultural and research center that promotes the study of the life and work of Friedrich Nietzsche. The public is cordially invited to all events! These include philosophical evening talks, exhibitions, seminars, Nietzsche workshops and annual scientific conferences; additional dates can be found in the calendar.

The NDZ collects and indexes Nietzscheana in order to make them available to researchers. You too can use the archive, the library and the reading room on site! Search the online catalog (OPAC) and browse internet portals such as www.nietzsche-portal.eu, www.friedrich-nietzsche-stiftung.de and www.nietzsche-gesellschaft.de. The Nietzsche House is looking forward to your visit!

The NDZ emerged from an international competition over ten years ago, which was won by an architectural firm from Weimar. The city of Naumburg (Saale) was responsible for the modern building, which is now run by the Friedrich Nietzsche Foundation. Interested event organizers are always welcome to rent the infrastructure for their own needs. See you soon!
