The Eichenrieder Weitblick is a vantage point above Eichenried. It consists of several benches, tables and an inscribed panorama board. The name Weitblick says it all, as it offers a wonderful view over the Oberkalbacher Grund as far as the Hohe Rhön. On a clear day, you can see as far as Milseburg Castle and the Wasserkuppe.

To the left of the viewing point is the Eichenrieder Weitblick sky observation point. Like all sky observation points, it is equipped with a star chart, a wave lounger, a polar star finder and binoculars. There are also information boards providing information about the Rhön Star Park and light pollution.
