The chapel was built between 1650 and 1668 and shines in an early baroque style. The baptismal angel from 1910, an effigy of the von Wintzingerode family's ancestors and the memorial plaques are valuable. A staircase in the interior of the chapel leads up to the gallery, which was once reserved for the von Wintzingerode family. Today's Jägerzimmer is decorated with antique tapestries.
