The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a 400 m² detached house with a separate entrance.
Since the house is nestled in the mountain, even from this apartment you have an incomparable view of the Marien valley and can see all the way to the Burschenschaftsdenkmal.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out sofa bed in the living room and a bed in the kitchen (which could be used by 1-2 children). The kitchen is large and spacious and is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, fridge and washing machine. A special highlight is the grotto adjacent to the kitchen, which was carved into the rock of the mountain. At a constant 12 degrees, it serves as a wine cellar.
The apartment also has a bathroom with shower.
In the outdoor area you can linger in the greenery (6 people). Children have the opportunity to use the trampoline.
