Our vacation apartment for max. 4 persons is located in the quiet district of Molbitz, only approx. 5 km from Altenburg's city center. Cyclists are very welcome here. Take advantage of the cycle paths in the Kammerforst and enjoy a refreshing swim in Haselbacher See or in the Schelditz outdoor pool in summer. You can cycle through former mining areas on the coal train. A trip to Altenburg with its various museums is always worthwhile, whether you visit the castle and playing card museum, the Lindenau Museum, the Mauritianum or the historic hairdressing salon. After the excursion, enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden of our cottage, perhaps with an Altenburg beer and a Thuringian bratwurst with Altenburg mustard.
