The Rothleimmühle is located at the end of the old town near the city park with a direct streetcar connection. The historic half-timbered house with its 14 guest rooms impresses with its historic charm, sunny spots in the inner courtyard and proximity to the reception. The newly built bed house is mainly equipped with multi-bed rooms and 6 single rooms (caretaker rooms). All rooms have their own bathroom (shower, WC) and underfloor heating. A small anteroom creates an apartment-like character. The room structure of the house allows for flexible occupancy and is also ideal for families.

For school classes, the house with its 18 rooms can accommodate up to 3 classes, making it ideal for a whole class. The first floor is barrier-free and therefore also offers wheelchair users modern accommodation in a youth-friendly atmosphere.

Conferences, seminars and events are particularly welcome in the early and late season. Seminar and group rooms are available for this purpose. In addition, the youth hostel offers experiential education (team building, promotion of cooperation and communication) as well as individual conference catering for events. Two barbecue areas and numerous seating options in the outdoor area of the youth guest house round off the sports and exercise program. In addition, the house arranges training rooms/sports grounds for training camps in the vicinity of the youth guest house and advises its guests individually on their wishes regarding a stay (school trips, short breaks, family reunions, vacation camps, choir and orchestra trips, sports and training camps, conferences/training courses) at the Nordhäuser Rothleimmühle.
