The winter sports region on the Rennsteig invites you to go winter hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing.

Below the Hotels & mountain inn "Spießberghaus" is the small toboggan slope. All snow fans can enjoy the daily Spotlighting until 20.00 hrs tobogganing on the toboggan slope on the Spießberg. The Spießberghaus provides refreshments with hot drinks and Thuringian cuisine. You must bring your own sledges.
