Three pools with different brine concentrations await you in the SOLE active bath.

The main pool with 2 % brine, approx. 32°C water temperature and 25 m diameter supports you while swimming. With its slight buoyancy, higher water resistance and pleasant water temperature, the pool is perfect for exercise in the water. Your joints are relieved and your muscles are given a stronger workout.

The brine floating pool (6 m diameter, 34°C water temperature, 15 % brine) gives you a completely weightless feeling in the water. Simply lie back and listen to the relaxing underwater music.

The baby and toddler pool (32°C water temperature, 2 % brine) conveys lasting impressions of the water thanks to its light salt content. Small children from 1 to 5 years feel at home here.

Brine contains many minerals and therefore has a higher density than water. The buoyancy of the brine is therefore particularly strong. This takes the strain off your joints and movements are possible without pain. The training is gentle, but very effective due to the strong water resistance. Tendons, spine and joints are protected. However, the muscles and cardiovascular system are strengthened. Therapeutic water gymnastics are included in the admission price.
