Mario Fischer is the first of his profession in the family, but has already been in the business for more than 30 years. The master baker from Bilzingsleben began his professional career in 1985 in Gorsleben and, after setting up his business, started planning a residential and commercial building in his home town of Bilzingsleben in 1994.

Today, the Fischer bakery still sees itself in the tradition of Thuringian baking. In addition to the daily production of bread and rolls, sweet baked goods are Mario Fischer's passion. The variety of sheet cakes in particular characterizes the Thuringian baking tradition.
