Fish once swam in the idyllic Petriteich pond, feeding the population of Mühlhausen. Following on from this, a children's playground was created in the middle of the green spaces in 2020, with oversized fish reminiscent of fantasy worlds above and below the water. The integrated fountain is used to cool off, especially in the summer months.
