After the old cemetery in front of the Stiller Tor was occupied, the construction of a new cemetery in Eichelbach was approved in 1898. The 48 original burials, mostly inscribed in Hebrew and German, are located in the western part of the complex. The 107 grave monuments from the old cemetery, which were moved in 1962, are located in the eastern part. The gravestones bear witness to the dignity and prosperity enjoyed by individual members of the community.
