With 1000m length includes the toboggan run from the Adler rest area to the Ski hut on the Geiersberg in Suhl OT Goldlauter - Heidersbach is one of the longest in Thuringia. From Goldlauter - Heidersbach you can walk to the Adler (moderate hike), in the village follow the signs to "Geiersberg II". If you start from Rennsteig, you can park your car at the Adler parking lot or at Schneekopf. The toboggan run covers an altitude difference of over 150 meters. The special thing about the Adler toboggan run is the combination of tobogganing and a winter hike through the beautiful landscape of the Thuringian Forest.
