Gera flood ditch
Gera flood ditch
Flutgraben is the name given to the walking path that runs around the center of Erfurt, surrounded by trees, directly along the Gera River. The path connects the main station with the Luisenpark.
Suitable for wheelchair users and people with a walking disability, it offers the ideal opportunity for any recreationist to move in the greenery and still remain central.
If you want you can walk along the Flutgraben starting from the main station along the Gera to Hochheim and back.
There are various resting places along this hiking trail. The Dreienbrunnen springs are located after the weir. Access is via 10 steps.
On the opposite side of the Geralauf is the Dreienbrunnenbad, a municipal bathing facility.
