Ski lift on Pappenheimer Berg
Ski lift on Pappenheimer Berg
The ski area on the snow-sure northern slope of the Pappenheimer Berg, south of the Rennsteig, attracts young and old, beginners and experts. A double drag lift with a length of 520 m transports guests up to the 835 m high mountain peak.
Fun is guaranteed for every skier and snowboarder on three slopes ranging from easy to difficult. For cross-country skiers, there is a well-developed network of ski trails on the mountain.
The ski lift is located on the Pappenheimer Berg directly on the road between Lauscha and Ernstthal. It overcomes a height difference of 105 meters to the mountain station and serves three slopes. The lift is suitable for both skiers and snowboarders.
