Former malt mill
Former malt mill
The former malt mill is also known as the Brückenmühle or Entenbühlmühle. It was first mentioned in 1252, making it one of the oldest mills in the city center. Its use has also remained the same over the course of time. It was always a malt mill. In 1914, however, the mill was demolished to make way for something new. The Entenbühl fountain was built in its place in 1937, which can still be seen today and is a cozy spot with benches for relaxation.
