Cardiovascular Park Hilders
Cardiovascular Park Hilders
Whether young or old, sporty or non-sporty, training on the cardiovascular park in Hilders is worthwhile for everyone. With its 6 different routes, each starting at the Ulsterwelle leisure pool, the cardiovascular park offers routes of varying lengths and gradients. Runners can find information about the routes on special information boards at the Ulsterwelle leisure pool. The routes are marked in different colors so that you can follow your route along the correspondingly colored arrow. In addition to endurance and fitness, the exercise stations for various muscle groups along the routes can also be used to train legs, arms, back and stomach. Detailed descriptions on how to perform the exercises correctly can be found at each station.
Appropriate, incremental training
Starting with short routes, such as the yellow or orange marked route with 3.4 km and an elevation gain of approx. 140 meters, performance can be increased in the long term. As the difficulty of the routes increases, so does the number of exercise stations. For example, all six stations are included on the 7.61 km route marked in black. This provides the ideal conditions for individual training that can be improved.
As all the routes run along the charming landscape of Hilders, you can experience the wonderful natural surroundings while exercising. Once you've finished training, the Ulsterwelle leisure pool and pedal pool are the perfect place to cool off.
