The "Co-Labor" is a temporary building that is being constructed in front of the Weimar City Palace in collaboration with an architecture firm. This will create a new place for encounters and very different events.
Cargo bikes are used for the "Co-Lab on the road". Well equipped, they encourage people to get active with their hands-on stations.

In 2023, the wooden cube in front of the City Palace will be transformed into the "Living Lab". Together with numerous partners from Weimar, a lively place for talks, discussions, workshops, concerts, readings and games on the subject of living will be created here.

With the Language 2022 theme year, the language lab not only changed its location, but also its name. As a language laboratory, it became an event venue and reinvented a space that had previously been little used.

It all began with the 2021 "New Nature" theme year. In this context, the Green Laboratory was set up in the Park an der Ilm.
