Atelier Karl Peter Röhl
Atelier Karl Peter Röhl
In 1919, Karl Peter Röhl became a master student and young master at the Staatliches Bauhaus Weimar. The first Bauhaus signet "Sternenmännchen" was his design. From 1921 to 1926, the master student worked at the Weimar School of Art in the open studio where Theo van Doesburg also held the De Stijl course. Röhl took part in the Congress of Constructivists and Dadaists in Weimar. The studio building was destroyed during the Second World War. It was located directly opposite the art school - today's Bauhaus University Weimar.
