Bermichsmühle
Bermichsmühle
The Bermichsmühle is a lovingly restored four-sided farm in the Weidatal valley.
The first evidence of a miller at the Bermichsmühle dates back to 1533. Due to the construction of numerous dams, many other mills in the region have disappeared. Today, the Weidatalweg and Talsperrenweg Zeulenroda trails run along here. The "Zum Taubenschlag" inn in the nearby village of Staitz is recommended as a refreshment stop. It is located on the Zeulenroda dam circular trail, close to the dam wall of the Weidatal dam.
