Erfurt Tourist Information is located directly on Benediktsplatz, at the western foot of the Krämerbrücke. After a modernization in spring 2017, it shines in new splendour and is also technically up to date. Here you can obtain city maps and brochures about Erfurt as well as a variety of original souvenirs. The Tourist Information also offers a wide range of city tours and tours by streetcar or bus as well as expert advice on hotels, guesthouses and private accommodation.
