In the heart of Erfurt, opposite the time-honored cathedral, lies the small, fine Café Hilgenfeld. Lovingly decorated, the café presents itself at any time of the year with outdoor seating in the historic old town ambience. Here you will find a selection of high-quality coffees and espressos roasted exclusively for the café according to its own specifications, as well as classic coffee variations, high-quality teas, cold drinks, wine and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks. Great importance is attached to the preparation of drinks and their ingredients. For example, the café obtains fresh organic whole milk directly from the Demeter Gutshof Hauteroda. In the monthly change most different works - photography, painting, installation... are presented here. Readings, concerts, vernissages and other events are also part of the café's regular program.
