Our vacation home has a living space of 75 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area, couch with sleeping function (200 * 140 cm), radio and TV with satellite and WLAN connection. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg stove, dishwasher, fridge and electric stove with ceramic hob provides for your physical well-being. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC.

The upper area has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Towels and bed linen are provided.

A high chair and a travel crib (120 * 60 cm) are available for families with small children.

Outside there is a terrace with a seating area and barbecue facilities.

We ask our guests to use the outside area for smoking.

The Ammern train station, bus stop, ATM, bakery, butcher, post office and several supermarkets are all within a radius of approx. 800 m.
