Enjoy original Thuringian and seasonal dishes. The kitchen team prepares everything for you with great care and freshness. They do not use any flavor enhancers or hydrogenated fats. They also source their ingredients mainly from the local region.

The home-baked cakes and tarts are very popular with guests. Most of the fruit for the original Thuringian cream cakes comes from the hotel's own natural garden. The cozy, rustically furnished dining room seats 80 guests. The second dining room with lounge seats 45. Larger groups can also be catered for, regardless of whether they come by bus, motorcycle, bicycle or on foot. Chef Jürgen Marschall will spoil you with fresh Thuringian cuisine in the cozy, ground-floor dining room with seating for 80.
