The restaurant in the Kyffhäuser castle courtyard is located directly below the famous Kyffhäuser monument, with an impressive view of the historical ensemble. Already since 1891 the visitors of the monument can strengthen themselves here. Even today, the Burghof offers regional specialties, hearty meat dishes and fresh salads.

The Burghof is also a good tip for celebrations of all kinds - whether small and cozy or pompous with many guests. The Burghof can cater for (almost) any party, as the choice of rooms ranges from the Historic Armorial Hall (up to 100 people), the Emperor's Hall (up to 45 people), Friedrich's Mountain Palace (up to 450 people), the Hunting Room (up to 20 people) and Auerbach's (up to 30 people) to the large beer garden (up to 200 people). In addition, the kitchen conjures up special treats just as you wish - a fusion of traditional Thuringian cuisine and modern trends.

At the same time, the Burghof also offers overnight accommodation - for those who would like to stay longer after dinner.

Arrival is conveniently possible to the front of the house, there is enough space for visitors in the public parking lot. Charging of e-vehicles is also possible on site.
