Our house is located directly at the edge of the forest of the nature and national park Hainich and offers a fantastic 70 km panoramic view over the Thuringian basin. Enjoy in our panoramic winter garden or the natural beer garden from Easter to the end of the year daily our home-baked cakes according to grandmother's recipes or our delicious homemade Thuringian specialties such as the typical Thuringian beef roulade or our game goulash from Hainich game with steaming dumplings and red cabbage, our homemade Soljanka, Hainich schnitzel, SchniPoPi and much more. Vegetarian dishes are also available.

And dare to take a look into our legendary Klingbrunnen - the "maw of the Hainich underground".

We have 70 seats in the panorama restaurant, 35 in the indoor restaurant and 90 in the party room.

The kitchen closes daily at 19:30 and on Sunday at 19:00.
