The Stiftsgut is located in the picturesque Werra Valley, just a stone's throw from Creuzburg. A really special feature of the Stiftsgut is that all the food and drinks are certified organic. Many of the culinary delights even come from the farm's own organic farm. The sheep's milk is processed in the farm's own cheese dairy - the "Creuzburger Blauer", a tangy, creamy blue cheese, for example, has won several awards.

You should also try the egg liqueur from the farm's own production, the delicious ice cream made from sheep's milk as well as specialties from Galloway cattle and the stew from the farm's own water buffalo.
