Mihla sand estate
Mihla sand estate
The Sandgut Mihla is located on the edge of the Hainich National Park, in beautiful scenic surroundings, directly on the Werra and the Werratal cycle path.
Known as the parish of Münsterkirchen until the 16th century, the deserted site was built by the Lords of Harstall as an outwork, giving rise to the name "Sandgut".
After 1945, the Sandgut was used as a dormitory for apprentices of the former LPG and is still attached to the farm today.
The hotel is open all year round and offers Thuringian cuisine.
The dining room offers space for 15-25 guests and the hall can accommodate up to 80 guests.
The "Dr. Ernst Wiedemann" outdoor pool is 500 m away.
