The free of charge Parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rennsteig start and to the Neuenhof-Hörschel train station. You can park your car here before a Rennsteig hike and take the train back to Hörschel after the tour.

This is also where the Nature Park Route Thuringian Forest. The site is therefore ideal for an overnight stay before the start of the tour.
