The playground is in an idyllic location in the middle of Dreienbrunnenpark/Luisenpark, surrounded by extensive meadows, trees and the Gera flood ditch. The shallow banks of the Gera can even be reached via a sloping path.

Since an extension and restoration in 2020, there has been play equipment for all children - from a nesting stool and toddler swing to a spacious climbing frame and a barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible carousel.
