Winter fun for everyone with breathtaking views over the Thuringian Forest and Franconian Forest. Beginners and pros will find just the right slope for them in the Silbersattel ski arena on eight slopes (blue, red and black). The black slope is the steepest in Thuringia. It is unique in Germany north of the Alps. A variety of ski hiking trails through the snow-covered nature park provide relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of skiing.
But it doesn't always have to be skiing. Trapper snowshoe tours, snowmobiling, snow biking and ski flying provide plenty of variety.
