In addition to the old tower windmill, the Lärchenberg offers a magnificent view over Buttstädt and most of the rural community. The view is fantastic. You can easily reach this exciting place on foot or by bike. The view over the countryside makes up for the climb.

The view is the same as that of the famous copper engraving about Buttstädt by Merian (1593 - 1650).
