The NES Alliance is a consortium of 14 municipalities in the Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale area and Münnerstadt. In the inter-communal working group NES-Allianz, ideas are jointly developed and projects realized that make our rural region fit for the future. The goal of the NES Alliance is to maintain and further develop this beautiful region as an attractive place to live, work and recreate. The NES Alliance includes the cities of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale and Münnerstadt as well as the communities of Burglauer, Heustreu, Hohenroth, Hollstadt, Niederlauer, Rödelmaier, Salz, Schönau a. d. Brend, Strahlungen, Unsleben, Wollbach and Wülfershausen a. d. Saale.
