Büttstedt
Büttstedt
The village of Büttstedt was probably first mentioned in 1124 as "Budestete".
Among the sights worth seeing are the church of St. Margaretha, the Wetterkreus and Vierzehnheiligenbild on the southern edge of the village, the railroad bridge and the tunnel entrance of the old cannon railroad in the west of the village and the yellow lady's slipper in the Wilhelmswald forest.
