The coffee and espresso beans come from the Samocca roastery in Quedlinburg. They are exclusively selected, roasted and fairly traded. The blends are only available in the café. All coffee specialties and chocolates are prepared with organic milk. Also available with lactose-free organic milk, organic soy milk or organic oat milk on request.

All cakes are home-baked. Only organic eggs and organic butter are used.

Great importance is attached to regional suppliers. Beer from the Harz region and organic beers, wine from Westerhausen, flour from Bodemühle Redemann, organic eggs from Walkenried, apple juice from Ellrich and regional suppliers.
