Fresh fish from the forest? You bet! Here on the Ilm, where the Taubach and Lengwitz rivers meet, the Kühn family has been running 3rd generation breeding and processing of noble trout.

The animals come from breeding ponds fed by clear mountain ponds and find their way from here to the restaurants and hotels of the Thuringian Ilm district.

If you don't want to drive any further, the Forellenhof team will conjure up the Noble fish in the beautiful Meyersgrund but also very personally on the table - freshly caught, rich in variety and with 50 years of experience in the background a guaranteed treat.

By the way: Fresh or smoked trout is also available to take away!
