In order to be able to offer truly regional and seasonal cuisine, the owner says he rewrites the menu every two months. There are always three dishes on the menu: Thuringian Rostbrätel, Schmöllner Mutzbraten and Sauerbraten with button dumplings. It's best to find out for yourself what they are all about. Just this much in advance - it has nothing to do with the size of the dumplings.
