Tradition meets contemporary trend

We work according to old artisan traditions, but with modern machines, equipment and recipes. We are therefore also committed to keeping up with the latest trends. Most of the raw materials we use are sourced from the immediate region. Today My wife Angelika is in charge of sales in our store. We only run the store in Kostitz, but supply a few butchers and retailers. We also run a mobile shop two days a week and drive to surrounding villages with our sales car. Six employees work in the bakery in production, including the owner, and three sales assistants, including my wife, work in sales. Since I took over the business, I have continued my father's tradition and also train apprentices.
