Germany's most beautiful playing card store is located directly on the historic market in the playing card town of Altenburg and is the El Dorado for playing card fans with over 400 playing cards, nostalgic games, an antiquarian bookshop and the Altenburg playing card factory.

Browsing through the lovingly created ambience quickly becomes a pleasure. The store is also the culinary showcase of the region with the most delicious "Altenburg originals" such as liqueurs, goat's cheese, jams, honey, mustard, beer and herbs - also available to taste.

All guided tours of Altenburger Tourismus GmbH, which has been running the store since 1994, start in the playing card store.
