The exhibition „Torgau: Residence of the Renaissance and Reformation“ on the first floor of the Albrechtsbau takes visitors back to the time of the electoral rule at Hartenfels Castle from the middle of the 16th century to the end of the Thirty Years' War (1618-1648). An exquisite selection of objects from the rich collection of the armory, enriched by works of art from the Green Vault and the Museum of Decorative Arts, bring the splendor and wealth of the electoral court of Torgau to life.
One floor above, also in the Albrechtsbau of the palace, changing special exhibitions on various themes are presented.
