Since the founding of our first bakery, we have put our heart and soul behind our craft and have always relied on three things that make up our success: Tradition, quality and naturalness. And so it was in 1994 that we developed the first purity standard for bread and rolls, which still serves as the basis for our work today. We make our doughs fresh every day from our own natural sourdough and wheat predough - this is what gives them their full aroma and good digestibility. In all our stores and cafés in southern and western Thuringia and northern Bavaria, we also offer our customers the finest coffee specialties and freshly baked goods and snacks made on site. All of this - coupled with a pleasant ambience and friendly staff - is above all one thing: pure enjoyment!
