Steinbach baroque church
Steinbach baroque church
The baroque church in Steinbach was built in 1733 and is surrounded by one of the steepest mountain cemeteries in Germany. It also houses the bells in a wooden belfry. Inside the church, there is a large baroque organ from 1745 in the west gallery. The 5 Luther chairs, made from the wood of the Luther beech tree that fell in 1841, are particularly worth seeing.
