The Bergchalet Löwenzahn is located in the south of the Thuringian Forest, in the middle of the forests and mountain meadow valleys outside the center of Benshausen, a district of Zella-Mehlis. Surrounded by hiking trails and mountain huts. With direct access to the cycle path network or bridle paths, every tour can start right outside the door.

The plot around the chalet is 1000 square meters and completely fenced. The chalet has a basic living area of 42 sqm. One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave and kitchen utensils including spices.
The living/dining room has a TV with sofa and dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with underfloor heating and towel radiator. A hairdryer, cosmetics, bathrobes and towels are available free of charge.
Underfloor heating, a fireplace and air conditioning in the living/dining room ensure the right temperature and ambience at all times.
A large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the valley offers the opportunity to have breakfast outside at the table and two garden armchairs with cushions. A small glazed outdoor kitchen houses a combination appliance with oven function.
A barbecue with all the utensils is also available.
There is plenty of space for storing bicycles, hiking gear, skis, saddles and other hobby equipment.
Two sun loungers with cushions and washable hygienic covers offer a quiet spot under the walnut tree or the old apple tree.
Parking in the parking bay in front of the property is free for cars. Camper vans on request.
