The owner-managed organic store Clärchen combines regional, small-scale production with local marketing in its concept. The focus here is consistently on organic and seasonal cultivation, fair products and reduced packaging. The majority of the range is sold loose for self-packaging.

The Clärchen also offers home-made delicacies in its small café and bistro.
