Ronneburg Arched Truss Hall
Ronneburg Arched Truss Hall
With „Glück auf“ we welcome you to the former miners' town. Around 1912, the impressive „Bogenbinderhalle“ was built as a reinforced concrete assembly hall, where the legendary „Rex Simplex“ car and later the elite truck were assembled.
The mining museum is now housed in the adjoining office building. The museum provides information about uranium ore mining in the Ronneburg mining district. The hall itself is used for exhibitions such as the Pyramid Festival in December or concerts by the Vogtland Philharmonic Orchestra.
