Our local beer has been brewed at the nine springs of the Hahle for almost 150 years - and this is where the name „Neunspringe“ comes from. Our brewery has thus been an integral part of Eichsfeld's corporate culture for generations and in recent years has become an innovative beverage producer that not only focuses on Pils and cola with the famous citrus kick, but also attracts attention with new craft beer creations and editions of the finest spirits. In recent years, Neunspringer beers have regularly been awarded DLG gold medals or professional association awards.

2015 reached a temporary high point: LUTHER Starckbier was named „Beer of the Year 2015“ by Germany's largest consumer association. A beer in memory of the Pope's visit to Eichsfeld - Benedictus became Dictus - enriches the product range, as do the beers in the „HolzKraft“ editions and the completely new „Whisky Stout“ and „Whisky Ale“ beers. A special Eichsfeld range will be added shortly.

For some time now, a modern and high-quality spirits distillery has enriched the brewery. High-quality malt whisky is now produced and stored in hand-picked oak barrels. But that's not all, very old rum from the Caribbean is matured in Worbis through special storage to create a special taste experience and pamper the palate of connoisseurs as „Alfred's Trail“. In addition to exquisite fruit brandies, the company group also produces a particularly aromatic gin, the WUESTEFELD Eichsfeld dry gin. You are welcome to take a tour.
