Our medium-sized family business employs around 35 people. Due to its location on the B7 at the end of the town of Jena and as a junction of hiking trails, the inn is easily accessible by car, bus, bike and on foot.

We host family celebrations of all kinds, class reunions, company events, smaller conferences and the like, but are also a popular destination for beer garden visitors, day trippers and because of our regional and home-style cooking.

Our restaurant has 140 seats inside and 90 seats in the beer garden. The four separate function rooms are designed for 20-55 guests each.

In our 24 guest rooms with 58 beds you will find shower and WC, telephone and television.
Free WLAN is available in both buildings.

The layout and furnishings of the rooms are based on the old building and integrate angles and stairs as well as beams and sloping ceilings.

The style is deliberately nostalgic. We would be delighted if you like it.
