The entire company is built according to this guiding principle: From the milling of the malt to the bottling, from the first idea of a new beer through to the finished design of the labels - all lovingly crafted by hand. The focus is on independence, regionality of the raw materials and promotion of the brewing trade in southern Thuringia.

The Braumanufaktur pursues three concepts of beer production: Firstly, there are the "Dauerbrenner" beers. These are beers that are produced and sold on a permanent basis. Then there are the seasonal beers, which are tailored to the time of year. The individually tailored specialty beers are produced for all kinds of festivities:

• Funfair

• Company anniversaries

but also for private parties, such as weddings and birthdays, as well as our own beers for pubs and restaurants.
