The Brotzeit Fuchsfarm is currently (as of July 2023) closed!

In the middle of the Hainich National Park at the „Fuchsfarm“ parking lot is the „Brotzeit“ - a rustic hut with a rustic flair.

We are a refreshment stop for hikers, cyclists, campers, simply for everyone who is hungry and thirsty or for all those who crave company. We mainly use regional organic ingredients for our dishes, such as soups, snacks, cakes, ... which we lovingly prepare, cook, roast or bake ourselves.
