In addition to the classic restaurant business, culinary events such as knights' dinners, brunches or dumpling seminars as well as show programs at Christmas and New Year's Eve are offered.

The Burgschänke can seat up to 120 people, has a view of the Saale valley and direct access to the castle courtyard via the terrace.

The castle tavern is part of the castle grounds that are subject to admission.
