Café Robertsmühle
Café Robertsmühle
Robertsmühle is one of eight mills in the Eisenberg mill valley and was built in 1266. It ceased milling operations in 1910 and has been used as a restaurant ever since.
Romy Petzold has been running a café and bistro with homemade cakes, breakfast and small lunches since 2019. With its location at the beginning and end of the Mühltal valley, the café in the Robertsmühle is the ideal starting or finishing point for a hike through the romantic valley.
For breakfast, there are home-baked rolls, eggs from happy chickens or regional goat's cheese. Only spelt, emmer or einkorn flour is used for the afternoon cakes. The café is available for celebrations and also rents out a portable wood-fired oven.
